Cancellation and General Terms and Conditions


terms and conditions

  • Prices 

All prices are in EURO (€), including all taxes and duties. All prices for online bookings do not include the statutory local tax of € 2.00 per person per night.

  • Booking guarantee

To guarantee the booking, we ask that you transfer a deposit of 30% of the total cost or provide your credit card number and expiry date. Checking your credit card: We will check your credit card for correctness before your arrival. If there is no guarantee, for example if the credit card is invalid or has expired, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. We cannot guarantee written reservations without a deposit or credit card number. 

  • Cancellation conditions and no-show cancellation conditions:

The cancellation conditions vary depending on the arrangement booked. The cancellation conditions stated in your booking confirmation apply. Cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail and are only valid after we have confirmed the cancellation.

Up to 1 month before the day of arrival 30% of the total package price

Up to 1 week before the day of arrival 50% of the total package price.

In the last week before the day of arrival or in the case of a no-show, 90% of the total package price

  • Change of reservation

Up to 1 month before the arrival date, a reservation change is free of charge. In the last month before the arrival date, if you have paid a deposit, you can use part of 70% of your deposit as a voucher for a future booking. 

  • Change in length of stay

§ 15.2 If the contractual partner leaves early, the accommodation provider is entitled to demand the full agreed fee. The accommodation provider will deduct what he saved as a result of not using his range of services or what he received by renting the ordered rooms elsewhere.

  • terms of payment

In general, payment is made at the hotel at the latest upon departure. We accept Mastercard, Visa, V-Pay, Maestro/bank card and cash payment. When booking early bird and advance purchase offers, you agree to payment at the time of booking.

  • Group reservations 

For bookings for more than 15 people, separate cancellation and payment conditions apply.

  • Non smoking 

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. If you smoke in a room, we charge a cleaning fee of € 50.00 for the special cleaning. Any fire brigade deployment costs due to the triggering of the fire alarm are to be paid separately by the guest.

  • cleaning

If the rooms are damaged or extremely dirty during a stay, a minimum repair-cleaning cost of €30.00 will be charged.

  • lost and found

Bechlwirt reserves the right to take care of lost and forgotten items for a period of 20 days. After 20 days, we do not take responsibility for lost and forgotten items. The shipping costs would have to be borne by guests.
